Terea Sakura is a seasonal, limited-edition stick originally developed for the Japanese market and now circulating through European Terea distribution. It's designed exclusively for the IQOS Iluma series — Iluma Prime, Iluma Standard "i", and Iluma One "i" — and it sits at the gentlest end of the Terea spectrum, closer to a tea ceremony than a tobacco bar. Where most of the Terea line leans into tobacco character, Terea Sakura leans into perfume.

• Base: a soft floral cherry-blossom essence layered over light, mild tobacco, with a gentle thread of lightly sweetened fruit. The body is silky and delicate, more perfumed than smoky.

How it works with IQOS Iluma

IQOS Iluma uses SMARTCORE Induction, which means the heating element is a tiny steel core embedded inside the stick itself, not an external blade like older IQOS devices. When you load Terea Sakura into the holder, the device induction-heats that internal core to a controlled temperature well below combustion. The tobacco plug is heated, never burnt, and what you inhale is a nicotine-bearing aerosol — not smoke, not vapor in the e-cig sense, but a warm, scented mist with very little residual smell. Each Terea Sakura stick contains a compressed real-tobacco plug infused with cherry-blossom and light fruit flavoring, the SMARTCORE steel induction element pre-seated in the plug, a paper wrap, a cooling section, and a cellulose acetate filter.
