Delivery speed

• Standard: 1–4 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
• Express: UPS Next Day Air — $70, arrives the next business day.
• Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on all orders over $299.
• Flat $15 standard shipping on orders under $299.
• UPS Next Day Air is a flat $70 regardless of order size.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. An adult signature (21+) may be required on delivery in line with federal and state tobacco regulations. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to receive the package.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link (USPS or UPS) so you can follow it to your door. You can also see tracking in your account under My Orders.

Order processing

Because we coordinate payment personally (Zelle, PayPal, or crypto), your order ships once payment is confirmed — usually within a few hours of you completing the transfer.
