Shipping & delivery.

Standard shipping

• 1–4 business days. We pick the fastest carrier for your address — usually UPS Ground / 2nd Day Air or USPS Priority Mail, depending on where you are.
• Free on orders over $299.
• Flat $15 on orders under $299.
• New customers: free standard shipping on your first 3 orders — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
• Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day.

UPS Next Day Express

Need it tomorrow? UPS Next Day Air is available Monday through Friday.

• $65 Monday–Thursday — delivered the next business day.
• $70 on Friday — UPS charges an extra carrier fee for Saturday delivery, so the cost is slightly higher.
• Orders placed on weekends ship out Monday for next-day delivery — Saturday fee does not apply.
• Cut-off: place your order by 2 PM ET to leave the warehouse the same day.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. An adult signature (21+) may be required on delivery in line with federal and state tobacco regulations. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to receive the package.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link (USPS or UPS) so you can follow it to your door. You can also see tracking in your account under My Orders.

Order processing

Because we coordinate payment personally (Zelle, PayPal, or crypto), your order ships once payment is confirmed — usually within a few hours of you completing the transfer.
