Can I still buy HEETS in the USA?
HEETS are being phased out worldwide as PMI moves to the Iluma generation, and they were never officially distributed in US retail. If you own an older blade-style IQOS, remaining HEETS stock is drying up — the practical path forward is an Iluma device with Terea sticks.
Do HEETS work in IQOS Iluma?
No. Iluma uses SMARTCORE induction heating and only accepts Terea sticks (each stick has a steel heating element inside). HEETS physically won't heat in an Iluma — and Terea won't work in old blade devices.
